Job Description

    Strategy Formulation

    • Perform environmental analysis (PESTEL) and competitive analysis (SWOT/Porter’s Five Forces)

    • Participate in the execution of the initiatives (not just coordination) by going to the real ground to deliver the results

    • Knowledge in managing UNIX platform such as Solaris, Redhat, Linux and Storage Area Network systems will be an advantage
    • Knowledge with Lync 2010, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Java and Shell scripting, enterprise monitoring system like APM & NPM would be added an advantage
    • Experienced in OS hardening, OS Security compliance for both Window & Unix platforms
    • Demonstrate high initiative to drive and follow on outstanding issues.
    • Prior experience and excellent skills in setting up and maintaining system would be an advantage
    • Knowledge in windows, linux and VMware server administration
    • Strong analytical skills with passion for learning new technologies
    • Team player and be able to perform independently
    • Flexible with time schedule and travel to different locations
    • Good communication skills with Myanmar and English
    • 1-2 years’ experience in system, maintenance and networking

Job Description

    • Repair bench diagnosing, checking and repairing activities
    • Managing parts and components stock at warehouse / site offices
    • Ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance of installed ATMs
    • Dealing with customers telephonically and in person
    • Conducting on-the-job training sessions for fresh candidates
    • Preparing operational and technical reports on on-going basis
    • Be responsible and self-disciplined
    • Willingness to travel extensively (with short notice sometimes)
    • Ability to follow procedures and have a structured and positive approach to problem-solving
    • Team player and be able to perform independently
    • Good communication skill with Myanmar and English

Qualification

    • Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or IT or Computer Science
    • Must possess a high degree of personal integrity
    • Prior experience in ATM field technical work or related fields would be an advantage
