When customers lost cheque book, please contact immediately to CB Bank branches where you opened this account. We will issue new cheque book after charging 2,000 MMK.

Customers can withdraw with cheque.

If customer’s certificate is lost, please contact CB Bank to issue the copy of certificate at bank where you opened an account at the first place.

No, the certificate is not transferable.

  • Yes, if you wish to add someone or more to your account, the account will become a joint account. Everyone whose name is on a joint account can make deposit, withdrawal and view the account.
  • Joint account can be applied at every branch with NRC of the account holders. A visit to nearest branches in person is a must.

Interest is calculated based on tenure and your interest will be credited to your account at maturity.

Yes, however, for customer who does not have CB Bank account, we will open a saving account together with fixed deposit contract.

At maturity date, the deposit is already transferred to the bank account as the account holder’s instruction. Yes, customers can make term extension.

At maturity date, the deposit amount will be transferred to the bank account as the account holder’s instruction. Account holder can make withdrawal as usual from his/her bank account.
