Requirements
  • Need to be at least 21 years old
  • Two passport photos taken within 6 months
  • NRC (copy) or Passport (copy)
  • Family registry (copy)
  • The customer must have Bank Account at CB Bank.

For Salary Employee

  • Company’s recommendation letter with letter head
  • Ordinary recommendation and confirmation of salary from company or organization with letterhead only (eg: Pay Slip)

 

For Self-Employed

  • Tax invoice (at least 3 years)
  • Business/work license (updated)
  • Financial report audited paper nearest financial year (1 year to 2 years)
  • Form VI
  • Form XXVI
  • Form E
  • Bank Statement of CB Bank’s Account (at least 3 months)

For Pensioners and Retirees

  • Original pension statement
  • Testimony of other legal income sources

The Requirements for Grantor

  • NRC (copy) or Passport (copy)
