We have dedicated bank branches to serve our customers with urgent cash needs for emergency use

Customers who only have savings passbooks, and do not have ATM Cards and CB Pay. Account Numbers starting with (xxxx 6001 xxxx xxxx).

2. Members of religious orders, the elderly people over 65 years old, people with disabilities and pregnant women.

3. Customers can withdraw stipulated amount once a week

4. Withdrawals must be for original savings amount only

Special branches will be opened in Yangon from (18.5.2021) as follows:

3. Kyauk Tada (Merchant Road) Contact – 01 254818

The above 3 branches will be serving 25 customers per day. More branches are to be announced soon.

We request your kind understanding to withdraw only once a week for the sake of those who also need cash for emergency use.

You can acquire tokens every Monday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm by contacting the phone numbers of the above branches.

Inquiries about any other services will not be serviced at these numbers for the benefit of eligible customers in needs of cash for emergency use.
