In these Terms and Conditions, "you" refers to the CB, Prestige Banking Client and "Bank" refers to CB Bank. The additional services which we provide to you as a CB Prestige Banking Client ("Services") are governed by these terms and conditions.
Use Of CB Prestige Banking
The Bank continuously updates our financial products and services in order to better meet your needs. Hence, the Bank may vary the frequency and manner of use of such services, the type of accounts that are eligible, and the centers where such services are dedicated to CB Prestige Banking Client. The Bank may vary any fee or charges imposed on any or all services provided.
Membership
To qualify as a CB Prestige Banking Client, you should satisfy one or more of the following conditions:
- you must maintain a minimum average deposit amount of 300,000,000 MMK every month in Yangon, Mandalay, and Nay Pyi Taw Region (or) you must maintain a minimum average deposit amount of 200,000,000 MMK every month in other regions.
- you must be an AAA-qualified loan client with CB Bank and the definition of the AAA-qualified client may vary from time to time.
Prestige Banking Services
As a CB Prestige Banking Client, you can make use of our Prestige Lounges and the benefits and services that are included in the CB Prestige Banking “Benefits Collection” which is governed by the terms and conditions of CB Bank. “Benefits Collection” can be acquired from your respective Relationship Manager or any of our CB Prestige Banking Lounges.
Privilege Banking Service Charge And FEEee
The Bank may impose a service charge and/or fee for any of the Services provided by the Bank. In addition, the Bank reserves the right to impose a service charge and/or fee when you no longer satisfy the criteria, which are spelled out in Clause 2
- Prestige Limousine Service
- All reservations must be made at least 5 working days in advance.
- Operation hours: 9 AM to 9 PM (Daily)
- Prestige Banking and Golf Lounge
- All reservations must be made at least 3 working days in advance.
Suspension Of CB Prestige Banking Service
The Bank may suspend the use of any or all of the Services if as a result of force majeure, any calamity or condition, industrial actions, computer breakdown or sabotage, any act of terrorism, or any other reason whatsoever access or delivery of the Services is not possible or is hindered.
Services Provided By Third Parties
Suspension Of CB Prestige Banking Service
From time to time, we may introduce you to other CB Prestige Banking privileges and services provided by third parties. Any services provided by third parties are subject to their terms and conditions and we will not be liable for any loss you may incur in connection with such services.
CB Prestige Banking *Terms and Conditions
- All Prestige Clients shall present the CB Prestige Membership Card or Prestige Credit Cards at the point of utilizing Prestige Services and any third-party products or services that are agreed by CB Prestige Banking.
- All Prestige Banking services and benefits are offered to all Prestige Banking Clients who maintain a minimum requirement set by CB Bank Prestige Banking.
- All Prestige Banking services and benefits stated are subject to individual terms and conditions which come with every of our Prestige Banking Benefit Collection.
- CB Bank shall not be responsible for the acts or defaults of the merchant or defects in the goods and services offered in the Prestige Banking Benefit Collection.
- CB Bank is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute or defects about the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the merchant.
- CB Prestige Banking and participating merchants shall have the right to vary/ amend the privileges and/or the terms and conditions without prior notice and at their discretion.
- Application for CB Prestige Banking Credit Card is subject to its individual terms and conditions and credit approval.
