Sweeping saves time of the finance team by automatically moving the funds and allows them to manage the funds centrally.  There are various options available:

• zero balance sweeping where all funds in the sub-accounts are transferred to the main account
• surplus sweeping where funds beyond a certain threshold in the sub-accounts are transferred the main account
• two way sweeping where sub-accounts are topped up from the main account when the balance is below the minimum threshold and funds are transferred to the main accounts when there is funds surplus in the sub-accounts
