Requirements
- Any citizen can apply
- For Myanmar Citizens, you must be at least 21 years of age and hold a NRC
- For other nationalities, you need to have a valid passport
- Customers who will be using the cards need to apply in person
- You must have a valid local mailing address, e-mail address, and contact number (Post Office Box Address is not accepted)
