Program Overview
CB Internship Program typically lasts for 3-6 months. Interns will be undertaking project-based assignments in one or more departments. CB Bank will assess interns’ academic backgrounds, interests, ability and other necessary factors to assign to the suitable projects/assignments. CB Internship Program offers a unique platform for interns to experience challenges and learn more about CB Bank’s business.
Program Objectives
- To provide a meaningful internship experience and broad exposure to the banking industry.
- To provide work experience that compliments interns’ academic programs and/or career interests through project-based assignments and exposure to the operations of the bank.
- To provide students exposure to CB Bank and the way we work.
- To create a pipeline of future talent that have already been exposed to CB Bank work environment
What we look for in interns:
Interns must be
- Myanmar nationality only
- Undergraduate or graduate students from a local or overseas university
- In their 3rd or 4th year of study (for undergraduate students)
- Able to commit to the internship for a minimum of 3-6 months, subject to the project assignments
